1. In the process of using the coil spreader, if the rotary lock is not flexible or in place, check and adjust the adjusting nut, and then check the following parts:
(1) Check whether the extension spring of the pawl is damaged. If damaged, replace it.
(2) If the transmission mechanism is stuck, if it is poor lubrication, add lubricating oil (or grease) to the movable connection of the transmission mechanism. If the guide pin is too tight, loosen the nut properly. In case of loose connection, transmission pipe or other rod deformation, it should be corrected.
(3) If the stretching amount of buffer spring is too small, the length of wire rope connected by buffer spring should be shortened.
2. For the main stressed components, lifting rings, rotary locks, ear plates and shackles of rigging, they should be inspected at least once every three months under normal use conditions, without cracks and serious deformation.
3. Attention should be paid to check whether the paint on the indicator board of coil spreader falls off. Once found, it is necessary to timely supplement the paint with the original indication mark.
4. Check the oil cup, including the ratchet mechanism oil cup, the oil cup on the sliding bearing seat and the oil cup of the rotary lock box. The main movable joints should be filled with lubricating oil according to the use situation.
5. Frequently check whether the rope clamp is loose and whether the buffer spring is over stretched, and deal with the problems in time.
Effective inspection is not only the basis for the safe operation of the steel coil spreader, but also the key to do a good job in the hoisting work, which should arouse your great attention.
