4. Whether the stretching amount of the buffer tension spring is too small, if it is too small, the length of the wire rope connected with the buffer tension spring should be shortened.
5. During operation, the paint of indication mark on the indicator board of steel coil spreader should be prevented from falling. Once found, it is necessary to timely supplement the paint with the original indication mark.
6. For the wire rope on the steel coil spreader, the floor should be clean and coated with smooth oil or grease, especially at the bend of the wire rope.
